Opus People Solutions is currently looking for a Support Worker (Nights) to provide essential care for young adults with disabilities in a residential setting.
This position offers a fulfilling opportunity to make a significant impact in the lives of individuals requiring support. As a Support Worker, you will engage with residents during the night, ensuring their comfort and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and attend to the medical needs of residents.
- Conduct regular checks on young adults throughout the night and manage any incidents that may arise.
- Assist with evening routines, including personal hygiene and changing.
- Deliver high-quality care tailored to the needs of young adults.
- Support morning routines, including waking, washing, and dressing.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a support worker, caregiver, or related role is essential.
