About the Role

We are seeking an experienced HRIS Manager to lead our team of HR professionals in the maintenance and administration of our Learning Management System (LMS). As the successful candidate, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise to ensure that our HR services meet customer needs and facilitate a culture of continuous improvement and process optimization.

Key Responsibilities
  • HRIS Platform Management: Lead the HR functional activities required to ensure the ongoing provision of fit-for-purpose Software as a Service (SaaS) HRIS platforms that meet business requirements. This includes leading the assessment, validation, and implementation of vendor-driven upgrades and approved change initiatives.
  • Stakeholder Management: Manage internal and external stakeholders in accordance with agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and principles.
  • Problem Resolution: Deliver a support capability to research and resolve HRIS problems, unexpected results, or process flaws. Perform scheduled activities, recommend solutions or alternate methods to meet requirements.
  • Compliance: Ensure legal and regulatory compliance in respect of HR data.
  • Team Leadership: Maintain and promote high personal standards in environment, safety, health, security, and quality, and be a great team player.
Requirements
  • Analytical Skills: Demonstrate analytical skills and thinking, comfortable with the use and interpretation of data from a variety of sources.
  • Communication Skills: Possess strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present to a variety of stakeholders in various situations.
  • Collaboration: Demonstrate collaboration and teamwork, with the ability to work effectively with others to achieve common goals.
  • Reporting and Writing: Possess reporting and report writing skills, with the ability to present data and insights in a clear and concise manner.
  • Coaching and Development: Demonstrate expert coaching skills and the ability to inspire trust and confidence in others.
  • Technical Skills: Possess a strong working knowledge of MS Excel and experience in administering HR systems, such as Saba Cloud.
  • Improvement and Development: Demonstrate experience in improvement and development work across HRIS and processes, with the ability to drive results in a multi-faceted, demand-led environment.
  • Project Management: Possess project management experience, with the ability to lead and deliver projects to meet business requirements.

This role is suitable for hybrid working, which is an informal, non-contractual, and voluntary arrangement, blending a balance of attendance in the workplace and working from home as a personal choice. The successful candidate is required to carry out all their duties from a UK location and cannot do so from an overseas location at any time.
