About the Role

AWE PLC is seeking a highly skilled HRIS Associate to join our team on a 12-month fixed-term contract or internal secondment. As a key member of our HR function, you will report directly to the HRIS People Services Team Leader.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the maintenance and ongoing provision of our HR systems and processes, ensuring seamless delivery of services to the business.
  • Provide expert system support to the wider business via our ticketing system, adhering to agreed service levels and delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Contribute to the integrity of HR processes, data, and services, ensuring our processes are up-to-date, documented, and aligned with best practices.
  • Maintain and promote high personal standards in environment, safety, health, security, and quality, while fostering a collaborative team environment.
Requirements
  • Proven customer service skills, with a strong ability to manage own workload and priorities to agreed timescales.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with a passion for systems, process, and problem-solving.
  • Good working knowledge and understanding of the HR environment, including people, systems, and processes.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment, with a strong focus on collaboration and communication.
  • Desirable: Experience working with and supporting HR systems, process improvement activities, and data interpretation.
