What You Will Do

Our consultants partner with customers to unlock the full potential of their Oracle Cloud solutions and ensure that business outcomes are met. As an HCM Senior Principal Consultant, you'll advise clients on their HR transformation needs, reduce risk, and improve their return on investment.

  • Capture business requirements and develop strategic solutions
  • Build consensus around business processes and design
  • Communicate Oracle's HCM capabilities and drive adoption
  • Maintain consistent rapport with client experts and stakeholders
  • Design and configure the Oracle HCM application solution
  • Travel when necessary to support client engagements

What We're Looking For

We're seeking an experienced professional with a strong background in Fusion HCM - Core HR, Payroll, Compensation, and Time and Attendance. You should be able to demonstrate:

  • Extensive experience in cloud-based HRIS solutions
  • Ability to be security cleared

Key Responsibilities

As an HCM Senior Principal Consultant, you'll operate independently to provide quality work products to an engagement. You'll perform varied and complex duties and tasks that need independent judgment, in order to implement Oracle products and technology to meet customer needs. You'll apply Oracle methodology, company procedures, and leading practices to deliver functional and technical solutions on moderately complex customer engagements. You may lead the solution design and implementation aspects of engagement(s) ensuring high quality, integrated software solutions within constraints of time and budget. You may act as the team lead on projects, providing coaching, guidance and feedback to develop skills of team members. You'll effectively consult with management of customer organizations. You'll participate in business development activities. You'll develop and lead detailed solutions for moderately complex projects.
