Oracle Consulting is seeking an experienced HCM Senior Principal Consultant to join our team of experts. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with some of the world's leading organizations and help them achieve their vision.

What You'll Do:

  • Operate independently to provide high-quality work products to our clients.
  • Perform complex duties and tasks that require independent judgment to implement Oracle HCM solutions.
  • Apply Oracle methodology, company procedures, and leading practices to deliver functional and technical solutions.
  • Lead the solution design and implementation aspects of engagements, ensuring high-quality, integrated software solutions within time and budget constraints.
  • Act as a team lead on projects, providing coaching, guidance, and feedback to develop skills of team members.
  • Effectively consult with management of customer organizations to deliver business value.
  • Participate in business development activities to drive growth and innovation.

Requirements:

  • 5-7 years of experience in HCM, with 2 years of consulting experience preferred.
  • At least 3 years of professional experience as an HCM (Cloud) Consultant.
  • Experience with at least two of the following: CoreHR, Time & Labour, Compensation modules mandatory.
  • Proven experience with one or more of the following modules: Absence, Fast formulas, Benefits, and Learn.
  • Expert in HCM business process area and integrations.
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.
  • Product or technical expertise relevant to practice focus. Ability to communicate effectively.
  • Ability to build rapport with team members and clients.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
  • Ability to gain Security Clearance.
