Our client is a reputable food business with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality products across various sectors. They are expanding into the UK market and seeking a talented Regional Sales Manager to join their team.

Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Regional Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in the South West region of England. The successful candidate will be responsible for growing existing accounts, winning new business, and driving sales growth in the Foodservice channel.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company objectives within the assigned region.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our client base and increase market share.
  • Manage and motivate a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations to ensure they meet their targets.
  • Monitor market trends, analyze sales data, and prepare regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market conditions.
  • Manage the regional sales budget, ensuring effective use of resources to achieve the best return on investment.
  • Work closely with the marketing, operations, and product development teams to align sales strategies with overall company goals.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience working within Food, Beverage, or FMCG sales.
  • Strong knowledge of the Foodservice Market.
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to demonstrate delivering results.
  • Track record of winning key accounts and maintaining strong relationships.
  • Structured approach with a clear view on hitting targets.
  • Full UK driving license.
