Area Sales Manager

MacGregor Black is collaborating with a Prominent Consumer Electronics Distributor and Manufacturer to find an Area Sales Manager. This position offers the flexibility of remote work.
As the Area Sales Manager, you will report directly to the Sales Manager. Your primary responsibilities will include enhancing the business sales area in alignment with the company's strategic objectives and targets.
You will operate within the framework of the brand's processes to ensure the mutual achievement of budgeted sales turnover and gross margins. This will involve working through a distribution network that encompasses independent accounts, wholesale, and national group accounts, among others.
Key Responsibilities
- Fostering relationships with current clients to maximize profitable sales across our diverse range of brands and products.
- Creating a steady pipeline of new sales leads, generating and securing new business opportunities.
- Promoting multiple brands and products across various sectors.
- Aiming to meet or exceed established sales targets.
- Developing an Area Journey Plan to ensure comprehensive coverage of relevant trading accounts and new business initiatives.
- Organizing a monthly schedule to optimize selling time with clients.
- Ensuring that brand presentation materials are current and up to date.
- Reviewing and analyzing business reports to gain insights into regional activities, challenges, and successes.
- Processing all orders through the sales office.
- Maintaining communication with internal colleagues and the external sales team.
- Adhering to best practice protocols within the business.

- Willingness to travel and work in a remote capacity.
- A valid, clean driving license.
- Proven expertise in account management and relationship building.
