Job Overview

Kick ICT Group Ltd is a leading provider of IT services, seeking a skilled Technical Helpdesk Consultant to join our team. As a 2nd line Technical Helpdesk Consultant, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to and resolve technical issues reported by clients in a timely and professional manner.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions.
  • Monitor and manage technical support cases, ensuring timely resolution and high customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues and improve overall service delivery.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest IT technologies and trends to provide expert advice and support to clients.
Requirements
  • 5 years of experience in server and infrastructure support, with a strong background in Microsoft operating systems and firewall technologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and provide effective solutions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and internal teams.
  • Knowledge of IT hardware, including servers, desktops, and network devices.
  • Experience with Microsoft Windows Server, Microsoft Office, and Office 365/Azure/Sharepoint.
