Key Responsibilities

  • Provide advanced technical support for server and infrastructure issues, with a focus on problem-solving and resolution.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to ensure seamless delivery of IT services and support.
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of Microsoft operating systems, firewall technologies, and structured cabling or Wi-Fi connectivity.

Requirements
