About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Helpdesk Consultant to join our team at Kick ICT Group Ltd. As a key member of our technical support team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional support to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to and resolve technical issues reported by customers in a timely and professional manner.
  • Communicate effectively with customers to understand their technical requirements and provide solutions.
  • Monitor and manage technical support queues to ensure timely resolution of issues.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues.
  • Provide technical documentation and training to customers as required.
Requirements
  • 5 years' experience in server and infrastructure support in a similar role.
  • Hands-on expertise in Microsoft operating systems and firewall technologies.
  • Good working knowledge of IT hardware and structured cabling or Wi-Fi connectivity.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server, Office, and Azure/Sharepoint.
