2nd Line Technical Support Specialist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled 2nd Line Technical Support Specialist to join our team in the RM Assessment division. As a Helpdesk Engineer, you will provide 2nd line software support in the RM Results business, at the heart of educational assessment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide 2nd line software support to end-users of RM Results' flagship products RM Assessor 3 and Assessment Master
* Manage initial responses and escalations for inbound HD methods
* Take over Incidents which cannot be solved immediately with the means of 1st Level Support
* Request external support from software or hardware manufacturers if necessary
Requirements:
* Experienced software helpdesk support engineers preferred
* ITIL Foundation Certification or ITIL 4 an advantage
* Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal forms
* Ability to work in a software support role, ideally supporting multiple proprietary products, via multichannel inbound routes
