Key Responsibilities
- Provide advanced technical support for server and infrastructure issues, with a focus on problem-solving and resolution.
- Collaborate with the technical team to ensure seamless delivery of IT services and support.
- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of Microsoft operating systems, firewall technologies, and structured cabling or Wi-Fi connectivity.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure the highest level of technical expertise.
Requirements
- 5 years' experience in server and infrastructure support, with a strong background in desktop support.
