About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Affiliate Manager to join our team at Assembly Global. As an Affiliate Manager, you will be responsible for managing our affiliate programs, working with network partners and publishers to drive results, and collaborating with our clients to achieve their business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of UK and international affiliate programs, including managing programs through network partners and instructing account managers.
  • Develop and implement short-term and long-term strategies to achieve client objectives.
  • Assist with new business proposals and pitches, and work to ensure smooth new program launches and migrations.
  • Research and contact prospective affiliates for our clients' campaigns, including approaching large volume driving websites and smaller, long-tail influencers and bloggers.
  • Build and maintain relationships with publishers, and work with the affiliate networks and with affiliates to create exposure plans for client campaigns.
  • Monitor and report affiliate activity, and audit affiliate websites and promotional methods to ensure compliance with client program terms and conditions.
  • Update creative, offers, and promotions on behalf of clients, and research seasonal sector trends and new geo market insights.
  • Mentor and manage junior team members, and ensure clients are informed of Assembly's sustainability offering and credentials.
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of experience working directly on affiliate campaigns, either client, network, or agency side.
  • Organized and efficient approach to work, with the ability to prioritize effectively and keep track of multiple tasks and projects.
  • Good communication skills, with the ability to effectively interpret client briefs and clearly communicate details of partnerships, promotions, and campaigns with partners and publishers.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to maintain and grow strong relationships with clients, publishers, and business partners.
  • Experience with one or multiple affiliate platforms and technologies, including Awin, CJ, Partnerize, and Impact.
