As an Overnight Hotel Operations Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth running of our hotel during the night shift. Your responsibilities will encompass maintaining security protocols, providing exceptional customer service to guests, and managing various administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide prompt and courteous assistance to guests throughout the night
  • Accurately update guest information within our systems
  • Manage all diary events, special requests, and reservations
  • Collaborate with Housekeeping staff regarding room status and lost property
  • Process guest check-in and check-out procedures efficiently
  • Conduct accurate cash handling and balancing at the end of each shift
  • Enforce security measures in accordance with established protocols
  • Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively
  • Participate actively in team meetings and training sessions
Additional Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of on-the-job training programs for new staff members
  • Maintain clear communication channels with colleagues to ensure seamless operations
  • Adhere to all health and safety guidelines
  • Ensure that equipment is in proper working order
  • Maintain high standards of hygiene when handling food items
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to remain calm and efficient under pressure
  • Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy
  • Knowledge of security procedures
  • Previous experience in a similar role is highly desirable
