About the Role...

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will engage in the complete recruitment process, from establishing enduring client relationships to understanding their hiring challenges and delivering tailored solutions. Your responsibilities will include sourcing and engaging candidates, placing them in suitable roles, and nurturing lasting client partnerships. Your primary focus will be on roles within the agency sector across Yorkshire and the North West, utilizing your expertise to provide exceptional recruitment services that prioritize both cultural and professional compatibility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Candidate Sourcing: Identify and connect with top-tier candidates through various channels, including job postings, networking events, and social media. Conduct thorough interviews to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Client Relationship Development: Build and maintain robust, long-term relationships with clients. Gain a comprehensive understanding of their recruitment needs and organizational culture to deliver the most effective hiring solutions. Conduct client meetings to gather detailed requirements and provide tailored recruitment strategies.
  • Comprehensive Recruitment Management: Oversee the recruitment process from initiation to completion, ensuring a seamless experience for both clients and candidates. Manage job briefings, advertising, candidate sourcing, interviewing, offer management, and post-placement follow-up.
  • Industry Knowledge: Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities. Offer clients and candidates expert insights on the job market, salary benchmarks, and industry developments.
  • Business Growth: Identify new business opportunities to broaden our client base. Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain clients in the marketing, digital, and creative sectors, focusing on building lasting relationships.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with colleagues to share knowledge, best practices, and market insights. Contribute to a positive and cooperative team environment that emphasizes the importance of cultural fit and relationship-building.
  • Administrative Responsibilities: Maintain accurate records of candidate and client interactions in our CRM system. Prepare necessary reports and updates.

About You...

To qualify for this Recruitment Consultant position, we are looking for individuals with demonstrated experience in recruitment or account management, preferably within the marketing, digital, or creative sectors. Experience in a full-cycle recruitment role is highly desirable. You should possess strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to cultivate and sustain relationships based on trust and cultural alignment. Excellent organizational and time-management skills are essential. A solid understanding of the marketing, digital, and creative industries is crucial, along with familiarity with recruitment tools, job boards, and CRM systems.

You should thrive in a dynamic, target-driven environment and be comfortable proactively reaching out to individuals and conducting face-to-face meetings.
