Position Summary: We are currently in search of a Junior Investment Consultant. The ideal candidate will have recently achieved or is close to obtaining their Level 4 Diploma in Financial Advice/Planning and is eager to embark on their career in financial consultancy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with prospective clients to evaluate their current and future financial planning requirements.
- Deliver high-quality investment recommendations in compliance with prevailing regulations and the firm's established standards.
- Preserve the existing high-net-worth client portfolio and ensure client retention.
- Develop and sustain a robust network of professional relationships.
- Assess and propose enhancements to investment offerings and provide informed recommendations.
Candidate Profile: The successful applicant will possess approximately 3+ years of experience in the Financial Services industry, preferably within an Independent Financial Advisory (IFA) environment, having worked as a Senior Administrator or Paraplanner.
You should have recently qualified (or be on the verge of qualifying) with a Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning/Advice and be seeking the next step in your professional journey towards becoming a Financial Consultant.
Desired Knowledge: A solid understanding of Pensions, Investments, and Retirement Planning is essential. A competitive salary package will be offered, along with an attractive bonus scheme, which will be contingent upon your skills, prior experience, and qualifications.
