About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Investment Consultant to join our team at XPS Pensions Group. As an Investment Consultant, you will be responsible for providing expert advice to our clients on their pension schemes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead client relationships and provide tailored advice to meet their needs
  • Manage a portfolio of clients and develop innovative solutions to their investment challenges
  • Conduct research to identify new consulting ideas and investment manager products
  • Support new business activities, including tender submissions and pitches
  • Mentor and coach junior team members to develop their skills
Requirements
  • Direct experience of providing investment consultancy to UK pension schemes
  • Excellent communication skills and a passion for investments
  • Current certification under the SMCR and/or previous CF30 authorisation by the FCA
  • Ability to identify fee-generating opportunities
