People Operations Partner

We are collaborating with a leading provider of diverse manufacturing, construction, and DIY solutions, who is seeking a People Operations Partner to become a vital part of their expanding team on a permanent basis.
This role is a full-time opportunity with a competitive salary range of £45,000 to £55,000 per annum, depending on experience, and offers the flexibility of 1-3 days of remote work each week based on business requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Formulating and executing a tailored People Strategy in collaboration with Key Stakeholders pertinent to your designated Areas of Responsibility (AOR)
- Enhancing the skills, knowledge, and decision-making capabilities of people managers regarding all aspects of personnel management
- Working alongside Key Stakeholders to identify and nurture key talent within your areas of responsibility
- Boosting individual, managerial, and team performance throughout the HR lifecycle, while sourcing, identifying, developing, and retaining talent
- Facilitating sound people decisions and fostering a supportive culture aligned with organizational values
- Providing expert guidance to all stakeholders to promote positive, effective, and equitable Employee Relations
- Ensuring exceptional service levels are consistently maintained in relation to high-volume personnel transactions
- Identifying, developing, and implementing essential learning and development initiatives that enhance performance
Required Expertise:
- Preferably CIPD Level 7 qualified
- Collaborative mindset
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and delegate effectively
- Proficient in building trusted relationships with various stakeholders
- Adept at navigating a fast-paced work environment
- Skilled in recognizing opportunities for value-added initiatives and taking proactive measures
- Possessing a coaching approach to empower managers
- Pragmatic and down-to-earth (policy enforcers need not apply)
