About the Role:

Ventrica is seeking a highly ambitious and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Luxury Brand Ambassador. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and promoting our luxury brand values.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service across various channels, including telephone, email, and webchat.
  • Act as a brand ambassador for our luxury brand, promoting our values and products to customers.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our brand identity and customer needs.
  • Work collaboratively with the customer service team to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to ensure our brand remains competitive.

Requirements:

  • Experience working in a luxury retail environment, preferably in a customer-facing role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Fluent German language skills, with a C2 level of English required.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think creatively and outside the box.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
