About the Role:

Ventrica is seeking a highly ambitious and customer-focused Luxury Brand Ambassador to join our team. As a Luxury Brand Ambassador, you will be the first point of contact for all customer queries, providing outstanding customer service across various channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Have a 'can do' attitude and provide exceptional customer service
  • Be the first point of contact for all customer queries
  • Act as a brand ambassador for Ventrica, promoting our luxury brand values
  • Provide outstanding customer service across telephone, webchat, and email
  • Ensure the customer is at the heart of every conversation

Requirements:

  • Experience working for a retailer, preferably in a luxury background
  • Experience within the beauty, cosmetics, or fashion industry
  • A desire and genuine enthusiasm for delivering excellent customer service
  • Outstanding social service etiquette and ability to adapt style for each customer
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work well within a team
  • Confident IT skills
  • Flexibility, professionalism, drive, ambition, and willingness to learn
  • Great attention to detail and highly organized
  • Fluent in Brazilian Portuguese
  • C2 Level of English required

Education/Studies:

  • Graduated from the Fashion Retail Academy (not essential but beneficial)
  • Communication Fields, such as Marketing/PR/Advertising
  • Make-up Artists
  • Qualifications in Dermatology or Skincare

Working Hours:

  • Full-time position, 40 hours per week
  • Flexible working hours, including evenings and weekends
