Key Responsibilities:

- Be the first point of contact for all customer queries
- Act as a brand ambassador for Ventrica, promoting our luxury brand values
- Provide outstanding customer service across telephone, webchat, and email
- Ensure the customer is at the heart of every conversation
Requirements:
- Experience working for a retailer, preferably in a luxury background
- Experience within the beauty, cosmetics, or fashion industry
- A desire and genuine enthusiasm for delivering excellent customer service
- Outstanding social service etiquette and ability to adapt style for each customer
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work well within a team
- Confident IT skills
- Flexibility, professionalism, drive, ambition, and willingness to learn
- Great attention to detail and highly organized
- Fluent in Brazilian Portuguese
- C2 Level of English required
Education/Studies:
- Graduated from the Fashion Retail Academy (not essential but beneficial)
- Communication Fields, such as Marketing/PR/Advertising
- Make-up Artists
- Qualifications in Dermatology or Skincare
Working Hours:
- Full-time position, 40 hours per week
- Flexible working hours, including evenings and weekends
