Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and ambitious Supervisor to join our team at Farmer J. As a key member of our restaurant operations, you will be responsible for supporting the Assistant Manager in running the day-to-day restaurant operations, delivering excellent customer service, and ensuring a consistent high food quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the front of house team in delivering an exceptional customer experience.
  • Train, coach, and develop the front of house team to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
  • Ensure that all health and food safety standards are met and maintained.
  • Work closely with the Assistant Manager to achieve restaurant goals and objectives.
  • Contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive team culture.
