As a seasoned professional, you will bring expertise in areas such as membership services, customer relations, and marketing, ideally within a professional membership organization.
Your experience will highlight your capability to manage and coordinate various projects concurrently, showcasing robust project management skills that deliver significant value to our members.
We expect you to possess a comprehensive understanding of membership engagement strategies, including the development of surveys, facilitation of working groups, and the evolution of membership schemes and their offerings.
Your proven ability to manage data, including sensitive information, alongside a commitment to exemplary customer service, is essential. Proficiency in CRM systems is also required.
Demonstrable knowledge of project planning methodologies and tools is crucial for this role.
The Membership Engagement team is set to implement a series of ambitious objectives aimed at enhancing member experience over the next two years. We are looking for an experienced coordinator to assist the Head of Membership Engagement during this transformative period.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with the Head of Membership Engagement to design and execute member engagement initiatives and projects.
- Coordinating and managing daily, weekly, and monthly activities to ensure the successful progression of our engagement projects.
- Identifying key stakeholder groups for our membership engagement initiatives and effectively managing their participation to ensure successful collaboration and outcomes.
- Providing administrative support to facilitate the smooth operation of membership engagement projects and related activities.
- Ensuring compliance with the Data Protection Act (2018), equality legislation, and financial regulations.
