We are seeking an experienced and motivated individual to join our Business Support Team as a Team Coordinator - Administration and Secretarial Services. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the delivery of high-quality administrative services, supporting our Allied Health Professions team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive and efficient administration and secretarial services, ensuring seamless support to the AHP clinical team.
  • Work closely with the Business Support Management team to develop and implement administrative protocols, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Supervise and delegate workload to clerical and administration staff, promoting a culture of teamwork and collaboration.
  • Handle sensitive staffing situations with tact and diplomacy, ensuring a positive and respectful work environment.
  • Participate in project work related to clinical information systems, administration protocols, and future service planning, contributing to the development of innovative solutions.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in administration and secretarial services, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality results.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to adapt to changing environments and priorities, with a flexible approach to work.
  • Previous supervisory experience, with a strong understanding of delegation and staff management.
