Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Volunteering Design Manager to contribute to our team at Scouts, based in Gilwell Park or working from home.

This role reports to the Head of Volunteering Experience.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing volunteering experiences that meet the needs of our members and stakeholders.

The salary for this position is Grade G, with a salary of £48,235 per annum for Gilwell-based employees, inclusive of Outer London Weighting, and £46,475 per annum for home-based employees.

Please note that if the contract is based at Gilwell Park, the expectation is to work from the office, while home-based employees will work remotely.

This role requires a strong understanding of design principles and the ability to work collaboratively with the team to deliver high-quality volunteering experiences.
