Jewson, a prominent distributor of building materials in Northern Europe, is seeking a Customer Support Training Specialist who shares our commitment to exceptional service.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday with occasional Saturday mornings from 8 AM to 12 PM. We welcome applications for part-time and flexible working arrangements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish strong relationships with both new and existing clients, whether in person or via phone, to understand their requirements and provide proactive guidance and solutions, ensuring an outstanding customer experience.
  • Utilize our internal systems to manage customer orders and payments, coordinate delivery schedules, update customer profiles, and keep clients informed throughout their journey.
