Job Description

Job Title: Pension Trainer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Pension Trainer to join our team at BMS Performance. As a Pension Trainer, you will play a critical role in providing clinical support to our customers, driving clinical outcomes, and helping our customers generate better clinical outcomes, drive operational efficiencies, or manage costs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide clinical support through the buying process, both pre and post-sales, to drive the company strategy and create value for customers.
  • Work in partnership with the Commercial team to drive clinical outcomes and provide clinical support to customers.
  • Provide training on specialist beds, traction frames, specialist mattresses, services, and solutions within pressure ulcer prevention and pressure area care.
  • Engage with decision-makers, including EBME, moving and handling advisors, tissue viability nurses, DVT specialists, and ward managers.
  • Work within hospital environments (NHS and Private) and the community, including community nursing homes, hospices, and loan stores.

Requirements:

  • Typical backgrounds we will consider are OT, Physio, tissue viability nurse, manual handling advisor, or midwife/nurse with a strong knowledge of pressure area care.
  • Full product training will be provided.
  • Career and earning prospects are very attractive.
