About this role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated professional to join our Workplace Pensions team as a Business Pensions Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our clients, corporate advisors, and workplace EBCs in achieving their financial goals.

Key responsibilities

  1. Client Support: Provide expert technical support to our clients, ensuring they receive the best possible service and guidance on their workplace pension schemes.
  2. Compliance and Risk Management: Work closely with our compliance and risk management teams to identify and mitigate potential risks associated with our workplace pension schemes.
  3. Collaboration and Communication: Build strong relationships with our clients, corporate advisors, and internal stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration to deliver exceptional results.

Requirements

  • Business Knowledge: Strong understanding of workplace pensions, including the relevant regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving: Proven problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.
