Job Description

As a Workplace Pensions Account Manager at Lloyds Banking Group, you'll be responsible for providing comprehensive technical business support to meet the needs of the Workplace Pensions operational teams.

You'll share your specialist knowledge with the team and key stakeholders, providing IT and incident support to the business.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting and embedding LBG priorities, adhering to regulatory requirements, and role-modeling the Group Values, Behaviours, and Code of Responsibility.
  • Working in partnership with Workplace Distribution and Workplace Operations to ensure best practice and maintaining an effective internal stakeholder network.
About the Role

This is a varied and exciting role that requires strong attention to detail, positively influencing others by demonstrating core values and behaviours, and owning risk by proactively identifying and promptly calling out opportunities to improve our control environment.

You'll also investigate and take action to solve immediate compliance, system, and platform issues and provide advice internally to colleagues on complex problems.

In addition, you'll lead, coach, and deliver training material to external clients while showcasing personal development by proactively growing your skills, capabilities, and knowledge.

Estimated salary: £41,000 - £45,500 per annum, dependent on location and experience.
