Key Responsibilities:
  • As a Customer Support Specialist, your duties will include:
  • Handling inbound calls from community members seeking assistance and information.
  • Delivering courteous and efficient service while addressing their inquiries and concerns.
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and following up as needed.
  • Working with colleagues to ensure timely resolution of inquiries.
  • Upholding our commitment to exceptional customer service.
Qualifications:
To excel in this position, you should:
  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Be proficient with computers and able to navigate software systems.
  • Have a customer-focused mindset and a genuine desire to assist others.
  • Be dependable, punctual, and a team player.
  • Previous experience in customer service is advantageous, but not mandatory.
