About the Role
In this position, you will play a vital role in ensuring the seamless delivery of services to our customers. As a Customer Engagement Advisor at Blue Arrow, you will be instrumental in maintaining communication with clients and stakeholders regarding service updates and interruptions.

Your Responsibilities
As a Customer Engagement Advisor, your main duties will include:
· Handling incoming customer inquiries across various topics.
· Responding effectively during operational challenges.
· Collaborating proactively with stakeholders to provide precise information to customers.

Your proficiency in verbal and written communication will be essential, along with the capability to learn and utilize various systems and technologies.
