About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Learning Facilitator to join our team at Capita. As a key member of our operational team, you will play a crucial role in enhancing job performance, progress, and development across our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct Training Needs Analysis: Identify necessary training for employees to improve job performance, progress, and development.
  • Develop Strategic Approach to Learning: Create recommendations for enhancement to promote efficiency, effectiveness, quality improvement, and positive outcomes.
  • Communicate Changes and Support Business Enhancements: Collaborate closely with operational management teams and Subject Matter Experts to transform issues into viable solutions.
  • Provide Feedback and Insights: Offer valuable feedback to stakeholders and operational team members regarding improvement plans and implementations.
  • Collaborate with Management: Work closely with the head of operations to produce and present visual data and Management Information (MI) to display operational effectiveness.
  • Proactively Engage with Stakeholders: Promote and celebrate best practices that aid operational efficiency.
  • Offer Valuable Insights: Support the continual improvement of the Operational Teams.
  • Efficiently Use Available Systems: Facilitate service improvement using available systems.
  • Define Solutions for Process Improvements: Align solutions with business priorities as part of a broader team or project.
  • Work Closely with Management and Business Users: Enhance business processes, drive improvement, and ensure the successful execution of key business and systems projects.
  • Utilize Various Techniques: Examine, analyze, document, and manage requirements and enhancements.
  • Employ Stakeholder Analysis Techniques: Handle stakeholders effectively.
  • Support Discovery Workshops and Manage Initiatives: Manage initiatives effectively.
About You
  • Extensive Experience in Leading Strategic Approach to Learning: Demonstrated track record of engaging effectively with stakeholders.
  • Hands-on Experience in Leading Projects: Leveraging initiatives to drive change.
  • Proactive in Devising New Approaches: Enhance the learner experience.
  • Strong Advocacy and Influencing Skills: Boost the development and engagement within teams utilizing advanced learning methods.
  • Previous Experience in Quality Assurance and Continuous Improvement: In a learning delivery environment.
