About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Organisational Development Team at UHCW NHS Trust as an Organisational Development Facilitator. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the delivery of organisational development initiatives across the Trust.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the full range of organisational development activities, including learning and development initiatives, team interventions, and workshops.
  • Provide specialist advice and guidance on organisational development support to individuals, teams, and the organisation.
  • Work collaboratively with the OD Team to design, develop, and implement organisational development interventions.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of organisational development practice across the Trust.
  • Support the delivery of key development programmes, such as leadership development and team building initiatives.
  • Manage and respond to incoming requests for organisational development support, deciding on the most appropriate course of action and referring complex requests to senior team members.
  • Contribute to the coordination of team activities to manage demand and capacity.
  • Support, contribute to, and lead organisational development interventions and projects as agreed by the senior leadership team.
Requirements
  • Strong understanding of organisational development principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong project management skills.
