Organisational Development Facilitator

University Hospitals Coventry and Warwickshire NHS Trust is seeking an experienced Organisational Development Facilitator to join our team. As a key member of our Organisational Development Team, you will play a vital role in driving organisational change and improvement.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate and facilitate organisational development activities, including learning and development programs, team interventions, and workshops.
- Provide specialist advice and guidance on organisational development best practices to individuals, teams, and the organisation.
- Work collaboratively with the Organisational Development Team to design, develop, and implement organisational development interventions.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of organisational development strategies and initiatives.
- Support the delivery of key development programs, such as leadership development and team performance coaching.
- Proven experience in organisational development, change management, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of organisational development best practices and theories.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
