Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Organisational Development Facilitator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and collaborating in the facilitation of OD activities, including learning and development, team interventions, workshops, and project management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitation and Project Management: Lead or collaborate in the facilitation of OD activities, including learning and development, team interventions, workshops, and project management.
  • Planning and Administration: Lead planning, administration, and logistics for OD, including organising events and conferences, liaising with internal and external parties, and managing and delegating support from the wider team.
  • Resource Development: Curate, develop, and maintain up-to-date information and OD resources for staff use.
  • Communication and Stakeholder Engagement: Develop content and communications that support the work of the team, including presentations, reports, emails, newsletters, and marketing material.
  • Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion: Support the integration of equality, diversity, and inclusion practices in OD.
  • Relationship Building: Develop effective working relationships with colleagues, peers across the Trust, internal and external stakeholders, maintaining a professional manner that reflects the values and principles of the Trust and OD.
  • Initiative and Improvement: Use own initiative to make changes that improve the work of the team and supports establishing successful OD practices.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have experience in organisational development, facilitation, and project management, with excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
