Learning Experience Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Learning Experience Specialist to join our team at Capita. As a key member of our operational learning team, you will play a vital role in supporting the delivery of high-quality learning experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Support Operational Learning Trainers: Collaborate with our operational learning trainers to ensure the delivery of high-quality learning events, providing cohort management and equipment support as needed.
- Facilitate Live Events: Assist in the facilitation of live events, effectively managing cohort activities such as Q&A, Teams chat, and break-out rooms.
- Contribute to Learner Behaviour and Participation Expectations: Contribute to the setting and management of learner behaviour and participation expectations, ensuring a positive and productive learning environment.
- Support Learners through Self-Led Learning Activities: Provide coaching and support to learners through self-led learning activities, helping them to achieve their learning goals.
- Coordinate and Manage Learner System Access: Coordinate and manage learner system access, issues, and login requirements, ensuring seamless access to learning resources.
- Manage Wrap-Around Learning Activities: Manage wrap-around learning activities, such as buddying and mandatory learning, to support learners in their learning journey.
- Utilize Technology to Enable Effective Learning Solutions: Effectively utilize our available tech stack to enable the facilitation of effective, tech-enabled learning solutions.
- Provide Learning Management Systems Administrative Support: Provide administrative support for our Learning Management Systems, managing extensive scheduling and delegate management.
- Maintain L&D Systems: Maintain our Learning and Development systems, including LMS content and training content, ensuring consistency and up-to-date tracking.
- Undertake Professional Development: Undertake professional development to maintain technical competence, stay current on industry thinking, and develop knowledge of specific learning differences and neurodiversity to support learners.
- Relevant Technical Knowledge: Possess working knowledge and experience in a relevant technical field, if applicable.
- Effective Communication: Demonstrate confident communication skills, with the ability to transfer knowledge clearly and concisely, adapting style for different communication methods.
- Knowledge of the Learning Cycle: Possess knowledge and ability to deliver elements of the learning cycle.
- Adaptability: Adapt positively to changes in priorities and new ways of working.
- IT and System Management: Ability to manage IT and system-related requirements of a learning cohort.
