Job Description

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Learning Solutions Specialist to join our team at Instinct Resourcing. As a key member of our digital learning team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing digital learning solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with learning designers and developers to create engaging digital learning content using Articulate Storyline and Rise.
  • Research and identify new learning technologies to improve the learning platform and booking systems.
  • Work with internal teams to implement and drive technical improvements forward.
  • Develop and maintain WordPress-based learning content and blogs to support the learning department.
  • Assist with virtual classroom setup using Adobe Connect to ensure seamless learner experiences.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in digital learning solutions, with a focus on instructional design and technology.
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Articulate Storyline and Rise, WordPress, and Adobe Connect.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to research and source new technologies and solutions.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal teams.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment, with occasional onsite work in Coventry.
