About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Public Health Principal Engineer to join our team at Hoare Lea. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing and delivering public health systems for a wide range of projects, including science and research facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop public health systems, including above and below-ground drainage systems, rainwater and roof drainage designs, hot and cold-water services, and fire suppression systems.
  • Provide detailed, coordinated, and cost-efficient public health design advice to clients.
  • Work closely with clients and project teams to understand project requirements and deliver solutions that meet their needs.
  • Collaborate with other engineers and technical specialists to develop innovative and technically excellent design solutions.
  • Manage and deliver projects with minimal supervision, including programming and cost control.
Requirements
  • Experience in designing public health systems, including drainage services and water services.
  • Understanding of relevant British Standards and industry best practices.
  • Proficient in CAD and Revit software.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
