About the Role

Guided Solutions is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Manager to join our team in Yorkshire and Northeast England. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for maintaining and growing our customer base, driving sales revenue, and increasing market share.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders and customers in the territory.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in heart disease and endovascular therapies.
  • Provide clinical and educational support to customers, and effectively communicate the benefits of our products.
  • Identify opportunities and threats, including competitors' strategies, and provide recommendations to the sales team.
  • Maintain accurate records and activity reports, and provide regular updates to the sales team.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities.

Requirements

  • Technical competence in the clinical area of employment - Interventional Cardiology or related fields.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to negotiate and persuade.
  • Numeric skills and IT competence.
  • Diligence and trustworthiness.
  • Strong organisational and analytical skills.
  • Driving License - Must reside on Territory.
