Sales Territory Manager

Resolve Recruitment is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Area Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting our range of Machinery and Plant Hire services to a wide range of customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage a territory covering the North Region, including Yorkshire, Derbyshire, Staffordshire, Cheshire, Manchester, Merseyside, Cumbria, Durham, Tyne & Wear, and Northumberland.
- Promote our Machinery and Plant Hire services to ground workers, buyers, specialist contractors, plant and site managers, and procurement teams.
- Develop and maintain existing business relationships, as well as identify and pursue new sales opportunities.
- Work closely with the sales support team to generate quotes and leads.
- Previous experience in the Capital, Machinery, and Plant Hire sector.
- Ability to live on the territory.
- Strong relationship-building skills, with a proven track record of success in sales and marketing.
- Basic salary up to £45k, dependent on experience.
- Uncapped bonus, paid monthly.
- Company car (hybrid options).
- 25 days holiday (plus 8 Bank holidays).
