Job Title: Territory Sales Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Territory Sales Manager to join our team in the North East England region. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for selling our leading vascular devices to Vascular Surgeons and their associated clinical teams throughout the territory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sell our vascular devices to Vascular Surgeons and their teams in the North East England region.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts in Leeds, York, Sheffield, Hull, Sunderland, and Newcastle.
  • Work closely with the European Director of Sales to achieve sales targets and expand our market share.
  • Provide product training and support to customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to ensure our products remain competitive in the market.

Requirements:

  • Previous medical sales experience, preferably in the OR setting.
  • Strong knowledge of vascular surgery and the medical device industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive basic salary of £52,000.
  • Uncapped commission.
  • A car allowance of £1,050 per month.
  • Lunch allowance.
  • Pension.
  • 28 days annual leave.
