About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our team in the Yorkshire area. As a key liaison between customers and support services, you'll provide exemplary customer service and build strong relationships with existing and new customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Represent the Komatsu brand and sell capital equipment in the territory.
  • Maximise profit potential on each sale.
  • Meet agreed sales targets.
  • Provide information to the Sales Support department for order processing and machine delivery.
  • Carry out new machine demonstrations.
  • Complete sales-related documents accurately and on time.
  • Utilise and maintain CRM system for call planning, sales opportunities, and forecasting.
  • Attend shows and exhibitions as required.
  • Maintain close liaison with customers and other departments to ensure exemplary customer service.
