Sales Manager

The role of our Regional Sales Manager is vital to the success of Radius. You will be responsible for 2nd line management of the first line management team and a team of up to 24 desk based sales agents.

We would love to welcome you to our office in Clifton, York. Our working hours are Monday-Friday 8:30am – 5:00pm.

Salary: Flexible dependent on experience, with a lucrative commission scheme

Location: Clifton, York YO30 4TN

Hours: Monday - Friday 08:30am-5:00pm

What will you be doing as a Sales Manager?

Responsibility for second-line management of two first-line managers and 22 agent headsDelivery of FY24 budgetReview business MI and interpret into meaningful actions to improve performanceCompilation and management of KPI’s and commissionsBi-Weekly 121s with team managers and formal monthly reviews. Sit-in on ad-hoc agent 121sResource planning including recruitment, onboarding and all HR requirementsManage contact strategy and commercials for customer onboarding and wider owned portfoliosDevelop direct reports and sales teams to help identify future stars and leadersLead from the front; setting high standards and expectationsProactively collaborate with key internal stakeholders

What do we expect of you?

Experience in a Sales Manager role, with a strong analytic focus and the ability to lead teams and Team Managers alikeComputer literacy, specifically in Microsoft Office packages. Salesforce experience would be preferredAble to demonstrate a 'common sense' approach to problem solving in the sales environmentManage own workload effectively and support the Head of Sales where necessaryStrong team building skills and an ability to build effective relationships with customersEnthusiastic self-starter, driven by the intent to succeed and achieve company goals
