About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our team in the Yorkshire area. As a key liaison between customers and support services, you will provide exemplary customer service and build strong relationships with existing and new customers in your sales territory.

Key Responsibilities

  • Represent the Komatsu brand and take responsibility for the sale of capital equipment in the territory.
  • Maximise profit potential on each sale.
  • Meet agreed sales targets as specified.
  • Provide all necessary information to the Sales Support department to facilitate order processing and machine delivery.
  • Carry out new machine demonstrations in line with company procedure.
  • Accurately complete all sales-related documents.
  • Utilise and maintain CRM system encompassing call planning, sales opportunities, market intelligence, competitive activity, and forecasting.
  • Attend and engage in shows and exhibitions as required.
  • Maintain close liaison with customers and other departments of MKL to ensure exemplary customer service.
