Job Title: Registered Children's Home Manager

Location: Shropshire

Salary: Up to £80,000 per annum + Benefits

Contract Type: Permanent

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Registered Children's Home Manager in Shropshire. As a key member of our staff team, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of this home, which caters to young individuals with social, emotional, and mental health needs.

The Role:

As the Registered Children's Home Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with OFSTED standards and regulations. You will provide leadership and guidance to staff members, creating a nurturing environment that fosters growth and development. You will also actively participate in new referrals and admissions, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to address the individual needs of each young person.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
