Job Title: Children's Home Registered Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Children's Home Registered Manager to join our team at SGS Care Ltd. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading our residential children's home, ensuring the highest standards of care and support for our young people.

About the Role:

As a Children's Home Registered Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading a team of staff to provide high-quality care and support to our young people
  • Ensuring the home is safe, secure, and meets the needs of our residents
  • Developing and implementing care plans to meet the individual needs of our young people
  • Collaborating with other professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for our residents
  • Managing the home's budget and resources to ensure efficient and effective use
