Job Title: Children's Home Registered Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Children's Home Registered Manager to join our team at SGS Care Ltd. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading our residential children's home, ensuring the highest standards of care and support for our young people.

About the Role:

As a Children's Home Registered Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading a team of staff to provide high-quality care and support to our young people
  • Ensuring the home is safe, secure, and meets the needs of our residents
  • Developing and implementing care plans that promote independence and life skills
  • Collaborating with our education and therapeutic teams to provide a holistic approach to care
  • Managing budgets and resources to ensure the home operates efficiently

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (England) or equivalent
  • A full, UK driving license
  • Excellent leadership and management skills
  • Experience of working with children and young people in a residential setting
