About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Night Operations Manager to join our team at Mitie Facilities Management. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth delivery of our services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate the activities of our night shift team, ensuring that all tasks are completed to a high standard and within agreed timescales.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients, responding to their needs and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as necessary.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination of services.
  • Provide training and development opportunities for team members, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge required to perform their roles effectively.
