We are seeking dedicated Occupational Therapists who possess the empathy and motivation to make a significant impact in the lives of individuals, utilizing innovative approaches to assist them in achieving their personal goals and maintaining independence in their chosen environments.

This role involves working as a permanent, full-time Occupational Therapist within our Adult Services Community Occupational Therapy Team across East Lancashire.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Support individuals in achieving greater independence through various service areas, including equipment provision, adaptations, and moving and handling, with an emphasis on proportionate care and specialized seating.
  • As a Senior Occupational Therapist, you will oversee and mentor junior staff while managing a diverse and complex caseload.
  • Exercise a high degree of autonomy and decision-making, taking charge of specific projects as needed.
