Aaban Partnership Ltd is a new and exciting CAMHS service offering high-quality specialist mental health services for young people with complex mental health needs. Aaban Partnership Ltd has two CQC regulated bespoke built 10 bedded units offering Assessment, Stabilisation, treatment, and intervention for male and female young people aged 12 -18 years. Providence Unit is regulated to assess and treat young people who are detained under the Mental Health Act 1983.

Providence Unit (Assessment and Stabilisation Unit) and Moira Unit (Treatment and Intervention Unit) we require a passionate, committed, hard-working Senior RMN Nurse to work as part of our multi disciplinary team and lead on delivering our DBT skills programme across the service.

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**

You’ll be confident in assessing a variety of acute and complex mental health issues as well as collaboratively planning and implementing treatment. You’ll be familiar with multi-agency working and have a clear understanding of the importance of family involvement. We are looking for a highly skilled communicator who can relate to children and involves them in all aspects of their care. You’ll have worked in a least-restrictive environment. You will be passionate about delivering evidence based interventions within an attachment and trauma formed model.

The post holder will be working within a team to deliver evidence based high quality nursing interventions across both units however will also require the competencies to work effectively as an autonomous practitioner. As a company we can offer development and training suitable to the role.

Some of the key responsibilities of the role would include:
1.Conducting assessments of children and young people with mental health difficulties
2.Developing and implementing care plans in collaboration with service users and their families
3.Delivering a range of evidence-based interventions, predominately leading on the DBT Skills program, delivering training to staff and supporting the implementation of DBT skills on our units.
4.Working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrist, Psychologists, social workers, and occupational therapists
5.Providing support to children and young people through individual and group interventions
6.Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of interventions and outcomes.

**Salary**: From £40,000.00 per year
